ISSUES CALL FOR PAPERS
The Coatings Research Institute of
Eastern Michigan University has
issued a call for papers for its Smart
Coatings 2006 conference, which will
be held Feb. 15-17 in Orlando, FL.
The organizing committee is seeking
technical papers for presentation on
the following topics: bioactive coatings,
nanotechnology-based coatings,
stimulus and response and selfassembled
intelligent layers. Please
provide a 100-200 word abstract and
